The numbers a consent application will ask you for. 05 **Space envelope** Line footprint and total floor area with aisle and service allowance, so you can test it against the premises you are considering. 06 **The three decisions that move your number** The part most people never get. Which choices actually change the capital and the running cost, and which are noise. **Not included:** vendor quotations, layout drawings, single-line electrical, or a bankable DPR.
